Art Painting 101

Art Painting 101 is a relaxed, guided painting session perfect for adults who want to explore their creative side. You'll work on a self-guided art project—this month featuring a sunflower—while enjoying calming music alongside other aspiring artists. All painting materials are provided, so you just need to bring clothes suitable for painting and your willingness to create. The instructor keeps things stress-free and accessible for artists of all skill levels. Spots in this program are limited to 22 participants each month, selected through a lottery system. Registration opens for just one day each month (9am to 9pm), and selected participants are notified by email. This class is designed for adults ages 18 and up and ties into the library's broader commitment to arts education, supporting creative expression and artistic thinking.
