Looking for a way to break up your workday? ArtBreak offers free, guided tours at some of Charlotte's best art museums right in Uptown. Each month, the tours rotate between four locations: the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum Uptown, and Mint Museum Randolph. The tours happen on different Thursdays throughout the month, so there's flexibility in when you can attend. Best of all, there's no cost and no need to sign up in advance—just show up during your lunch hour and enjoy a quick dose of art and culture. The guided tours last about 30 minutes, making them perfect for a midday escape. If you need accessibility accommodations, the museum team is happy to help.
