Baby Yoga @ commUNITY yoga space (Harrisburg)

This class brings new mothers and their babies together for gentle movement and bonding. Designed for infants up to the pre-crawling stage, sessions combine beginner-friendly yoga poses with interactive activities and infant massage techniques. You'll work on rebuilding strength and flexibility while deepening your connection with your little one—all in a supportive environment that honors this special phase of early motherhood. Free parking is available on nearby side streets. Pricing is flexible: try your first class free, then choose between single classes ($15 each) or multi-class passes (6 classes for $80 or 12 classes for $150).
