Butterfly Walk
Guided nature walk at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden to spot butterflies and wildflowers.
Your family is invited to join a guided Butterfly Walk through the gardens at Daniel Stowe Conservancy, led by experienced volunteer Keith Camburn. During this one-hour outing, you'll discover local butterfly species, learn about their habitats and life cycles, and explore the plants that support these pollinators. It's a wonderful way to observe butterflies and other insects in their natural environment while wandering through different sections of the gardens.
This walk welcomes all ages and is perfect for families curious about nature. No advance registration is needed. Keep in mind that you'll need either a garden membership or paid general admission to participate, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the outdoor summer weather. Leave pets at home, as they aren't permitted on the garden grounds. If you're planning to bring a group of six or more people, reach out to the conservancy ahead of time to confirm availability.
