College Connections - College Planning 101

College-planning overview for high school teens and families at York County Library.

Wondering what your teen should be tackling each year of high school to build a strong college application? This workshop walks families through the college planning journey, breaking down the key steps and timeline so students can put their best foot forward. The session is designed for teens ages 12–18 and their parents or guardians, giving everyone a clear roadmap for the years ahead. Bonnie Kleffman, Program Director at Access College America, will lead the discussion. She brings expertise in academic strategy and career pathway planning, along with a Master's Degree in Education and credentials as a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. Spots are limited to 50 participants, so register early by calling (803) 981-5870 starting August 19. Registration closes the day of the event at 4:30 p.m.
