DnD For Beginners

This session introduces teens to tabletop role-playing through the popular 5th Edition ruleset. Participants will learn the fundamentals of character creation, understand how the game mechanics work, and jump into actual gameplay through short adventures designed for newcomers. It's a great way for curious young people to experience collaborative storytelling and imaginative play in a structured, welcoming environment. The program runs for two hours and meets monthly on select Thursdays in the Teen Services area at the library. Since space is limited to 15 spots, advance registration is required to secure your teen's place. If you have questions or need more details, the Teen Librarian is happy to help. This is an excellent opportunity for ages 12–17 who are interested in trying D&D for the first time.
