Dungeons and Dragons for Tweens at SouthPark Regional Library
A 6-week in-person Dungeons & Dragons adventure for curious tweens.
Is your tween interested in fantasy adventures and storytelling? This program introduces kids ages 10–13 to Dungeons and Dragons in a welcoming, beginner-friendly setting. Over six weeks, participants will create characters, tell their own stories, and embark on collaborative quests together. Sessions meet twice monthly at the library, giving kids time to develop their adventure between gatherings.
This is a great opportunity for curious newcomers who've never played before—no prior experience needed. The program is completely free, though spots are limited. To secure your child's place, you'll need to register online using an active email address, which will also get you additional details about joining. It's a fun way for tweens to exercise their imagination, work with peers, and discover whether tabletop gaming is their next favorite hobby.
