Family Farm Day: Halloween

Bring the whole family for a special Halloween-themed morning at the Crandall Bowles Children's Farm! Kids can wear their costumes and collect candy while enjoying hands-on time with farm animals including alpacas, horses, cattle, goats, chickens, ducks, and pigs. Beyond the animal interactions, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained—snap photos with the friendly residents, play lawn games, and grab snacks from on-site vendors. Lead line rides are available for an additional cost if your family is interested. The farm day runs from 9 a.m. to noon with structured activities, though the Children's Farm stays open until 3 p.m. if you'd like to explore at your own pace afterward. Daily admission fees apply for non-members ages 3 and up, and feed buckets are available for purchase at the welcome kiosk. Keep in mind that animal areas may close briefly during the event to give the animals rest breaks.
