Garden Photography Walk

Join professional photographer Nelson Stegall for a two-hour guided walk through the gardens at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. Whether you're just picking up a camera for the first time or you've been shooting for years, this event welcomes photographers of all skill levels. The walk draws inspiration from Forest Bathing practices and the Slow Photography Movement, encouraging you to step away from the hustle, connect with nature, and focus on capturing quality images rather than quantity. Bring appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather, along with your camera (smartphones work great too), water or other beverages, and a backpack to carry your gear. A tripod is optional but can be helpful. Registration is required. Members pay $15, while non-members are $32. This is a wonderful way to develop your photography eye while spending time outdoors in a beautiful natural setting.
