Garden Photography Walk

Join a guided photography walk through the gardens at Daniel Stowe Conservancy led by professional photographer Nelson Stegall. This two-hour experience welcomes everyone, whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or you've been photographing for years. The walk emphasizes slowing down to notice nature's details and capturing meaningful images rather than rushing to take countless photos—an approach inspired by the Slow Photography Movement and Forest Bathing practices. Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a camera (smartphones work fine). You're also welcome to bring additional gear like a tripod, a backpack for carrying equipment, and beverages to stay hydrated. Registration is required. Membership pricing is $15, while non-members pay $32 to participate.
