Homeschool Hangout
Social and learning meetup for local elementary and middle-grade homeschoolers.
Homeschool Hangout is an informal gathering designed for elementary and middle school homeschoolers in the area. Families are welcome to come together in a relaxed setting to connect with other homeschooling households while their kids interact and learn from one another. There's no structured lesson plan—instead, the meeting room simply opens up as a social space where families can spend time together.
During the gathering, kids will have access to craft supplies, board games, and STEM activities to explore at their own pace. Registration is recommended (and opens two weeks before the event) but isn't required to attend. Spots are limited to 20 participants for students in preschool through eighth grade. If you're interested in joining, you can register through the library's website.
