Paddle out on Lake Haigler for a relaxing afternoon on the water—whether you're looking for a workout, peaceful scenery, or just some family fun. You'll have your choice of kayaks or stand-up paddleboards (though paddleboards are limited), and well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome to join you. Reservations are required and open online or through guest services. Two-hour time slots run from 9am through 6pm, and the cost is $16 per person (20% off for Greenway members). Note that you'll need to register each person individually, including children of any age. Before you head out, keep a few things in mind. Life jackets are available for anyone 30 pounds and up; families with younger children need to bring their own infant PFD. We strongly discourage bringing phones or valuables—the Greenway isn't responsible for lost items and swimming to retrieve things isn't permitted. Programs run rain or shine unless severe weather forces a cancellation. If you need to cancel, do so at least 48 hours ahead for a refund; cancellations with less notice forfeit your fee.
