Get out on the water at Lake Haigler with a peaceful paddle that works for fitness, fun, relaxation, or just taking in the scenery. You'll reserve a two-hour time slot in advance (online or through guest services), with options starting at 9 a.m. and the last slot beginning at 6 p.m. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so specific watercraft types aren't guaranteed. The cost is $16 per person for a two-hour reservation, with a 20% member discount available. Everyone participating—including children of any age—needs to register individually. Life jackets are provided for anyone 30 pounds and up; families with younger children should bring their own infant PFD. Well-behaved leashed dogs can join you on the water. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. The site recommends leaving valuables and phones at home, as the facility can't assist with retrieving lost items. These outings run rain or shine unless severe weather forces a cancellation, which comes with a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are refundable; less notice means no refund or rescheduling option.
