Two-hour rental slots start at 9 a.m. and run through 6 p.m., giving you flexibility to choose a time that works with your schedule. Life jackets are provided for anyone weighing 30 pounds or more—just bring your own infant PFD if your little one needs one under that weight. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome on the kayaks too, so your furry friend can join the adventure. Reservations are required and fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, so book online or call guest services as soon as registration opens. The cost is $16 per person for a two-hour session, with a 20% member discount available. Keep in mind that kayak and paddleboard types are assigned based on availability, and boards are particularly limited. Leave your phone and valuables at home or bring them at your own risk—the facility doesn't allow swimming or diving to retrieve lost items. Programs run rain or shine unless severe weather forces a cancellation, in which case you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead are refundable, but last-minute cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
