Reservations are required and must be made online or through guest services ahead of time—no bookings are processed at the waterfront itself. Time slots run in two-hour blocks starting at 9am, with the latest option beginning at 6pm. Pricing is $16 per person for a two-hour reservation, with a 20% member discount available. Each family member, including children of any age, needs their own registration. Life jackets are provided for participants weighing 30 pounds and up; families with younger children should bring their own infant PFD. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome on kayaks too. Keep in mind that kayak and paddleboard availability is first-come, first-served, so the specific type of watercraft isn't guaranteed. Plan to arrive within 15 minutes of your start time, and remember that swimming in the lake isn't permitted. The program runs rain or shine unless severe weather forces a cancellation.
