Kayak Rentals

Get out on the water at Lake Haigler and enjoy a peaceful paddle. Whether you're looking for a workout, a chance to unwind, or just a chance to take in some beautiful scenery, kayaking here offers something for everyone. Time slots run in two-hour blocks starting at 9 a.m., with the last rental beginning at 6 p.m. Arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved start time. Both kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so specific watercraft types aren't guaranteed. Life jackets are provided for anyone 30 pounds and up; younger children will need to bring their own infant PFD from home. Reservations are required and can be made online or through guest services—no walk-ins or on-site payments are accepted. Each person, including children of any age, needs their own registration at $16 per person for two hours (Greenway members receive a 20% discount). Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome to join you. Leave valuables and phones at home, as the facility can't assist with lost items. Programs run rain or shine unless severe weather forces cancellation, which would result in a full refund. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are refundable; less notice means no refund.
