Get out on the water at Lake Haigler with a peaceful paddling experience. Whether you're looking for exercise, a chance to unwind, or simply enjoy scenic surroundings, kayaking here offers something for everyone. Time slots run in two-hour blocks starting at 9 a.m., with the latest option beginning at 6 p.m. Reservations are required and can be booked online or through guest services—just plan to arrive within 15 minutes of your start time. The cost is $16 per person for a two-hour session, with a 20% discount available for Greenway members. A few things to know before you go: life jackets are provided for anyone 30 pounds and up (younger children need to bring their own), and well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome to join you. Since kayaks and paddleboards are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, we can't guarantee which type you'll get. Leave your phone and valuables at home—the Greenway won't be responsible for lost items, and swimming to retrieve anything isn't permitted. Registration is per person, so you'll need to sign up each family member, including children of all ages. The program runs rain or shine unless severe weather forces a cancellation.
