Learning for Littles

Learning for Littles is a free outdoor program designed for the youngest learners and their caregivers. During these 45-minute sessions held at the Trailhead Store Picnic Area, children ages 0–4 will enjoy nature-themed activities that include a read-aloud story, puppet play, and a hands-on activity. It's a wonderful way to introduce little ones to outdoor learning in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The program runs on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays from March through October, with no registration required—just show up and join the fun. Sessions begin at 9 a.m., and if weather doesn't cooperate, the group will move to the covered Trailhead Store porch. This is a great opportunity for caregivers to connect with other families while their toddlers explore and learn in nature.
