Learning for Littles

This is a wonderful opportunity for families with very young children to explore nature together in a relaxed, engaging way. Learning for Littles is a free outdoor program designed for toddlers and babies (ages 0-4) along with their caregivers. Each 45-minute session takes place at The Trailhead Store Picnic Area and features a read-aloud story, puppet activities, and hands-on learning experiences centered around nature themes. No advance sign-up is needed—simply show up and join the group. Sessions run from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the year. If the weather turns bad, the program moves indoors to The Trailhead Store porch so your little ones can still enjoy the experience. It's a gentle, screen-free way to introduce young children to the outdoors and spend quality time together as a family.
