Learning for Littles

Bring your little ones (ages birth to 4) for a free, outdoor nature-focused experience at the Trailhead Store Picnic Area. Each 45-minute session features a story read aloud, puppet entertainment, and a hands-on activity perfect for toddlers and their caregivers. There's no need to register—just show up and enjoy. Sessions run on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays from March through October at 9 a.m. If weather turns rainy or stormy, the program moves indoors to the Trailhead Store porch so you won't miss out. It's a great way to get your young children outside, exposed to nature, and engaged with storytelling and play in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
