Learning for Littles
Outdoor storytime and nature exploration for babies and toddlers at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden.
Learning for Littles is a free, outdoor program designed for the youngest learners and their caregivers. Each session features a nature-themed experience that includes a read-aloud story, puppet play, and a hands-on activity tailored for children ages newborn through 4 years old. Sessions run for 45 minutes and require no advance registration—just show up and join in the fun at The Trailhead Store Picnic Area.
The program runs on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the season. If weather doesn't cooperate, the group moves to The Trailhead Store porch so the learning continues rain or shine. This is a wonderful, low-pressure way for little ones to explore nature and enjoy storytelling alongside other families in your community. Thanks to sponsorship from Sodoma Law Belmont, there's no cost to participate.
