Lewis Family Gallery

The Lewis Family Gallery is a hands-on space where kids and adults can engage with art and the museum's collection together. Your family can try making art, work through building and puzzle challenges, snap photos, and explore a playhouse modeled after a Romare Bearden collage. It's designed for visitors of all ages to play, create, and learn in one creative environment. The museum maintains thorough cleaning protocols to keep everyone safe. Admission to the gallery is included with your general museum ticket, so there's no extra cost. The gallery is open several days a week at different times—check the schedule when you plan your visit.
