Lewis Family Gallery

The Lewis Family Gallery is an interactive space designed for families to engage with the museum's collection in creative ways. Kids can participate in hands-on activities including art-making, building challenges, puzzles, and photo opportunities. One standout feature is a playhouse designed as a Romare Bearden collage where visitors can step inside and explore. The space welcomes visitors of all ages, making it accessible for families with young children through older kids. Entry to the gallery is included with general museum admission, so there's no additional cost beyond your ticket to the Mint Museum Uptown. The space maintains rigorous cleaning standards for visitor safety.
