Listening Party with Lynnée Denise

Join an exciting new program at Mint Museum Randolph where music and visual art come together. Internationally recognized DJ and scholar Lynnée Denise will perform an original musical composition inspired by the intricate designs found in Kuba textiles. This inaugural event in the Listening Parties series offers a fresh way to experience the museum's collections through sound and rhythm. The afternoon runs from 4 to 7:30 PM and is completely free to attend. After Lynnée Denise's performance, there's a community freestyle session where families can move and participate together, continuing the creative conversation started in the galleries. Created with artist Jasiatic Usher, this event welcomes people of all ages to engage with art through music, movement, and community connection.
