Makerspace Open Hours @ LaPrade Library
Open makerspace hours at LaPrade Library for creative projects.
Get hands-on with creative tools at LaPrade Library's makerspace during open hours. You'll have access to 3D printers, a GlowForge laser cutter, a Silhouette Cameo, sewing machines, and other equipment to bring your projects to life. Whether you want to design and print a phone stand, laser-cut jewelry pieces, work on a quilt, or repair clothing, this collaborative space welcomes makers of all skill levels.
This program is designed for teens and adults, with kids under 14 welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Best of all, it's completely free—no registration needed. Just drop in during open hours and start creating. If you'd prefer a more structured experience, you can also book a session through the library's Your Personal Librarian service for one-on-one guidance on your projects.
