Members Only Sustainable Swap: Regifting

Looking for a fun way to pass along gifts that didn't make the cut? This swap event welcomes Daniel Stowe Conservancy members to exchange items they no longer need. Bring those unopened presents gathering dust on your shelf and leave with something fresh instead. The focus is on responsible swapping—trading items for free, not selling—to keep usable goods out of the landfill and give them a second life in new homes. Here's what to know: You'll need your own folding table (4, 6, or 8 feet), though rentals are available for $10 at the door. Stick to 40 items or fewer to keep setup manageable. Acceptable swap items include gently used clothing, toys, holiday décor, sports gear, and household goods. Leave behind anything stained, broken, expired, or unsafe. If you're not yet a member, you can join or renew right at the event. Kids are welcome with adult supervision. Any items you don't take home can be donated to local charities.
