Movers & Shakers

Movers & Shakers is a lively storytime program where young children and their caregivers enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, and movement activities together. Designed for children ages 3–5, each session combines listening and singing with physical activities that spark imagination and build a genuine love of reading. The program keeps things age-appropriate while giving families practical activities they can continue at home to support early literacy skills. This 45-minute program meets in the Youth Services Community Room and runs regularly throughout the year. It's a great fit for preschoolers who enjoy interactive experiences and parents looking for a structured, engaging way to spend time together while fostering a lifelong connection to books and learning.
