MPL Knitting Group

The Main Library hosts a Knitting Group for adults on the first and third Thursday of each month. Whether you're an experienced knitter, just starting out, or somewhere in between, you're welcome to join. The group meets from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Selma Burke Room, giving you a couple of hours to work on your projects in a supportive community setting. Beyond knitting, the group welcomes people working on other fiber arts too—bring your crochet, sewing, cross-stitching, or similar crafts if you prefer. It's a casual way to pursue your hobby, pick up new skills, or simply enjoy some creative time with others who share your interests.
