Preschool Storytime

Stories and songs for preschoolers at the library.

This in-person storytime session is designed for children ages 3 to 5 years old, with a focus on building early literacy skills and preparing them for kindergarten. Each week features a different theme to spark curiosity and imagination—in July, you'll explore topics like reptiles, amphibians, fossils, animal tracks, and mythical creatures. The half-hour program offers a structured yet playful way for young learners to engage with stories and language in a group setting. The program runs for 30 minutes and takes place at the Youth Services Program Room. Registration opens on Wednesday, July 15, so mark your calendar if you'd like to secure a spot. If you have questions about the program or need more information, you can reach out to Ashley Fox, the Library Program Specialist, at 704-878-3090 ext. 3097 or by email.
