Preschool Storytime

This in-person storytime session introduces young children to early literacy skills while preparing them for kindergarten. The program welcomes children between 3 and 5 years old and uses themed storytelling to engage curious minds. Each week features a different topic—ranging from dinosaurs and natural wonders to imaginative subjects like mythological creatures—giving children plenty of reasons to look forward to returning. The 30-minute session offers a focused, age-appropriate experience designed to build listening skills and a love of reading. Sessions meet weekly at the Statesville Library's Youth Services Program Room.
