Preschool Storytime

This half-hour storytime session is designed for preschoolers between the ages of three and five, with a focus on building early literacy skills and preparing children for kindergarten. Each week features a different thematic topic—November includes themes like farmers and tractors, manners, and Thanksgiving—which helps create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The program takes place in the Youth Services Program Room at the Statesville Library branch. Sessions run from 10:00 to 10:30 AM on Wednesday mornings, with multiple dates available throughout November and into December. Registration opens on Wednesday, October 21st at 10:00 AM. For questions about the program or to register your child, you can reach Ashley Fox, the Library Program Specialist, at 704-878-3090 ext. 3097 or via email through the library's contact system.
