Time for Tots (West)

Interactive literacy program for babies 18–36 months with songs, stories, and movement.

Time for Tots is a library program designed for babies and toddlers between 18 and 36 months old, with their caregivers joining in. Sessions include simple stories, finger plays, songs, nursery rhymes, and movement activities that keep little ones engaged and entertained. Each gathering features age-appropriate activities chosen to help build early literacy skills while having fun together. This is a great introduction to storytimes and library resources for families with young toddlers. The activities are designed not just for the moment but to give you ideas for extending learning at home with your child. Sessions run for just 30 minutes, keeping them short and sweet for this age group. If you have questions, you can reach out to Whitney Nelson at the West Branch.
