Titanic: The Exhibition Charlotte

North America's largest Titanic touring exhibit immerses families in maritime history.

This is an immersive exhibition dedicated to the Titanic that's making its Charlotte debut this summer. Visitors journey through interactive displays covering the ship's design and construction, its maiden voyage, and the tragic events of 1912. You'll see genuine artifacts alongside detailed recreations of the ship's interior spaces, plus a gallery focused on the discovery of the wreck, which rests 2.5 miles below the ocean surface. A special gallery highlights the Titanic's connections to the Carolinas, created specifically for this Charlotte showing. The experience works well for all ages and typically takes about an hour to complete, though times vary depending on when you visit. Everyone receives a boarding card featuring a real passenger from the ship, which lets you follow that person's individual story throughout your visit. Tickets start at $33 for adults and $26.50 for children ages 3–12. You can find session times and book your visit through their website. This is a great opportunity to explore a fascinating piece of history without traveling far from home.
