The York Public Library is hosting a yoga class designed for adults looking to explore or deepen their practice. You'll learn foundational poses and breathing techniques in a welcoming environment suited to all experience levels—whether you're trying yoga for the first time or have been practicing for years.
Please bring your own mat to class. Since space is limited, registration is required to attend. This program is for ages 18 and up. If you'd like more information or have questions about the class, you can reach out to the library directly.
