
Yoga Storytime at Mint Hill Library (ages 5-11)
Stories come alive through yoga and mindfulness at Mint Hill Library.
Join instructor Synthia for a creative blend of movement, mindfulness, and storytelling designed just for kids. During this hour-long session, children will practice yoga poses, sing songs, and listen to stories—all while staying active and engaged. It's a wonderful way to introduce yoga in a fun, imaginative setting that keeps kids entertained while building body awareness.
Come prepared with comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one available. This program is designed for school-age children in grades 1–5, and spots are limited to the first 12 students on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents aren't able to stay in the community room, but the good news is that this event is completely free. Registration is required through the library's online system.
