
Yoga With Your Baby
Baby-friendly yoga class combining movement & bonding.
Parents with babies and toddlers (newborns through age 3) can join this gentle yoga class designed for the whole family. You'll learn poses and breathing techniques you can practice alongside your little one, creating moments of calm and connection. Babies can remain in car seats or be held throughout the class, while toddlers are welcome to try poses alongside you or explore movement on their own.
Come prepared with a yoga mat or towel, a blanket for your baby, and any comfort items your child might need. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for moving and stretching. Please leave snacks and toys at home. Space is limited to 9 families, and registration is required through the library's website or by phone.
